Hidden behind People’s Park Centre, Pearl’s Hill Terrace was once the Upper Barracks during colonial times, then an office space, and now a colourful arts enclave, full of eccentric decor, nature and diverse creative tenants. In this tour/art workshop, explore PHT with written prompts and doodle your discoveries!
